Ordering Process

Pre-order item delivery timeline is around 2-6 weeks. Ready stocks is 2-5 working days upon payment. We will determine the courier services with no special request from customer on own preferable services. Tracking number will be sent out to customer after parcel delivered out to courier services. Any parcel for “unsuccessful delivery- Self pick up at Counter” should be arranged by customer with our courier services on next delivery date/self-pick up.  

Any uncollected parcel will be shipped back to our warehouse and you will require to bare the delivery cost for another delivery attempt.

Exchangeable & Refundable

All item are not exchangeable or returnable. Exchangeable items are only applied for DEFECT within 24 hours upon receiving the items. A snapshot of defective area need to be attached during reporting to us. Little One Star holds the final says on the decision on defect goods definition. Dented outer box are not classify as defect goods as it might be caused during the delivery processes by third party (Unless it impacted the physical goods). For damaged physical good upon receiving and customer who would like to make a return/exchange, customers required to deliver back the item within 3 calendar days and bear the 2 way postage back to us and themselves.

Kindly note that refunds or exchanges are not allowed for customers who dissatisfy based on the reason of item quality is not as expected because QUALITY expectation is very individual (example: the item look slightly different with photos, material is not as good as imagine, color is not as sharp as what I expect, I suspect/think it’s not original etc).

Customers need to be aware that, there will be risk of purchasing online based on illustration picture vs. actual item received, customers are liable to make 100% decision in purchasing the items. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.  

Safety & Regulations

Safety is our first priority at Little One Star and all our products are tested to the relevant safety standards. Little One Star do not hold responsibility on any danger caused by choking/poison or any cause of sickness after goods delivery. Please ensure that you as parents check the labelling and descriptions before purchasing, which indicates the age group for which the product is suitable. Please take note of any other warnings or recommendations and keep items intended for older children well away from younger children.

3. Follow the age recommendation. Anything unsure please advise our sales personnel

Wooden Toys Special Care:

1. All our toys colors are using hand paint finishing hence expect color uneven on toys 

2. Do not soak into water as it will cause moulding

3. Once broken, keep it away from children 

4. We do not issue out any hologram stickers for our wooden toys if you looking for toys comes with it. 

5. Read all warnings and instruction. Choose toys suitable for your child's age. If unsure please check with our sales personnel before purchase. We don't encourage to put any toys into children mouth to avoid any unpleasant accident. We  (Little One Star) do not hold any liability/ responsibility on any cases happened on children.
